The rears are easy to adjust without creating holes in the interior panels or removing them the panels like he illumnas (kyb agx rears can be adjusted under the car). Also, I've been in many tokico equiped illumna cars that squeek over time. Very annoying, and more so is if you use the warranty, you have to rip em out each time, and then reinstall waiting the cycle to repeat. The KYBs are a high quality shock, a modern, affordable offering of what GAB shocks have been for years (KYB AGX is like a private label of the more exotic/expensive GAB shocks). It's also nice that they are a little cheaper than the tokicos, and overall, the kyb agx are more adjustable (1 less setting in front, 3 more in rear). Good luck.
